• Please arrive on time for appointments.

  • Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment.

  • Please bring all your current medications in their original containers to every appointment. Including all over the counter medications and vitamins.

  • Please sign in at the front desk when you arrive.

  • Before you leave, please check at the desk to schedule any further appointments and to settle your payment arrangements. All charges are due and payable when services are rendered. There are NO exceptions.

  • However, please remember - having insurance does not guarantee that all your medical care expenses will be covered 100% of the time. We accept cash, check, credit / debit cards for your convenience.

  • All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

At the Hampton Medical Center, we do our utmost to keep our scheduled appointment times. Scheduled patients will be seen on a priority basis. However, unexpected medical emergencies with other patients may arise that delay your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate patients who have called that day for an appointment or who have walked in for an appointment.
