• Church Of Christ Assisted Living Center, Clinton Township

Home Care visits are available upon Physician approval and medical necessity.

For urgent, but not life threatening, medical care, call our office first. One of the physicians will tell you what to do next, such as proceed to a hospital for urgent care, call our office as soon as possible to inform us of your decision. When you are in the Emergency Department, tell them that Dr. Johnson is your physician.
